- Description: Relief Valve, 1/8″ to 1-1/4″ NPT connections (depending on configuration), constructed in Brass with Buna-N seal, cracking pressures between 0.5 to 150 psig
- Pressure Rating: 150 psig
- Body Material: Brass
- Seal Material: Buna-N
- Cracking Pressure: 0.5 to 150 psig (REQUIRED SET PRESSURE MUST BE SPECIFIED)
- Flow at Cracking Pressure (elastomeric seal): 5 cc/min
- Cracking pressure tolerance: ±5% (will be greater than ±5% if set pressure is ≤ 1 psi); cracking pressure on initial crack may be higher than cracking pressure tolerance due to inherent characteristics of seals
- Leakage, Ascending Pressure (standard seal): 0 to 95% of cracking pressure
- Leakage at Reseat Pressure (elastomeric seal): Zero
- Temperature: -65F to +275F

- Cracking / Reseal pressure graphs, Air and Hydraulic flow curves and air flow rate tables are available in the product catalog.
- In normal service, the only part which may require replacement is the seal. A repair kit may be ordered by placing a “K/” in front of the complete valve part number (i.e. K/559A-2M-10).
- To specify PED certification, add “PED” prefix to the part number.
- Proper filtration is recommended to prevent damage to sealing surfaces.
