PARKER AUTOCLAVE FITTINGS

Parker Autoclave Low Pressure “SpeedBite” fittings are designed to work with 10V/SW series Needle Valves as well as Low Pressure Tubing. Pressures to 15,000 psig and sizes from 1/16″ OD to 1/2″ OD.

Medium Pressure coned-and-threaded fittings are designed to work with 15SM/20SM/20DBNV/20DV series Needle Valves, as well as Medium Pressure Tubing. They were created for those applications that require higher flow rate capability while maintaining all the benefits of the High Pressure versions (all metal sealing, temperature ranges from -423F to +1200F, etc.). Pressures up to 20,000 psig and sizes from 1/4″ OD to 1-1/2″ OD.

High Pressure fittings are designed to work with 30VM/30SC/43SC/40VM/60VM/100VM/150V series Needle Valves, as well as High Pressure Tubing. The connection design is a refinement of the original cone-and-thread joint which has been the standard connection in high pressure technology since its development by an agency of the US Government over 90 years ago. Pressures up to 150,000 psig and sizes from 1/4″ OD to 1″ OD.

Common types of components include:

  • Connection components (glands, collars/sleeves, plugs)
  • General purpose fittings (elbows, tees, crosses, couplings)
  • Check valves (o-ring, ball and excess flow types)
  • Filter assemblies (dual-disc and cup types)
  • Anti-vibration Collet/Gland assemblies (Medium & High Pressure only)

Parker Autoclave Engineers use high quality UNS S31600/S31603 316/316L material cold worked to our stringent specifications that enable certification of NPT style Instrument Pipe Fittings to a maximum working pressure of 15,000 psi. It’s the strength of the material that allows this superior pressure rating and care should be taken to only use with other similar fittings made to the same specification.
