Autoclave 20F9563 Coupling
Principle of Operation:
Parker Autoclave Engineers couplings and reducer/adapter couplings accommodate female-to-female joining of any combination of standard size tubing and standard pipe.
Connection Types:
- Connection “A” MEDIUM PRESSURE: The Medium Pressure cone-and-thread connections (aka “SlimLine”) were created for those applications that require higher flow rate capability. Designed for a maximum of 20,000 psi MAWP using high tensile strength cold worked 316 Stainless Steel material as standard.
- Connection “B” HIGH PRESSURE: The High Pressure connection is a refinement of the original cone & thread joint which has been the standard connection in high pressure technology since its development by an agency of the US Government over 90 years ago. The pressure handling capabilities of this connection design have been applied successfully to control pressures in excess of 150,000 psi. All-metal sealing and working temperatures from -423F to +1200F.
