THIS IS A MODEL DSF-B35 PUMP THAT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING OPTIONAL MODIFICATIONS:
- “16821” LOW AIR DRIVE PRESSURE MODIFICATION (ALLOWS USER TO REGULATE AIR DRIVE PRESSURE TO AS LOW AS 3 to 4 PSI)
- “51331” EPR SEALS FOR THE LIQUID SECTION
- “54885-2” PUMP BODY ROTATED 90-DEGREES FROM STANDARD
- STAINLESS STEEL MOUNTING HARDWARE

Applications:
- Service Code 1: Petroleum-based oils, kerosene, ethylene glycol, water with 5% soluble oil.
- Service Code 2: Plain water, diesel fuel
- Service Code 3: Most phosphate ester-based fire-resistant hydraulic fluids (e.g. Pydraul, Lindol, Cellulube, Fyrquel and Houghtosafe 1120) and petroleum-based solvents compatible with UHMWPE (Ultra-high Molecular Weight Polyethylene) dynamic seals and Viton static seals.
- Service Code 4: N/R
- Service Code 5: Skydrol and Aerosafe hydraulic fluid; acetone and some alcohols (ethyl, methyl, and isopropyl).
- Service Code 6: De-ionized water; demineralized water

Additional Optional Modifications:
- 16831: Low temperature modification. For special sealing in air drive for operating temperatures as low as -20°F up to normal +120°F.
- 16834: Exhaust adapter. With back pressure balance piston.
- 27964: Interconnecting inlet-outlet tubing. 1/2″ female for 4:1 ration pumps (ATV-4 or DTV-4).
- 28000: Threaded vent (or purge) ports on standard distance piece (except 1.5:1 ratio).
- 29376: Three-way cycling spool. For 1.5HP and 2HP single-acting pumps, for use with CO2.
- 29702: Single-stroke modification.
- 51050: Extreme service cycling modification. Not recommended for long stall periods.
- 51056: Exhaust/pilot vent combination.
- 51345: Sour gas drive provision to NACE specifications. 1.5HP to 2.2HP distance piece pumps only, single air head and double air head.
- 52788: Viton seals in air drive section.
- 53925: Severe Arctic low temperature service. 25:1, 35:1, 60:1, 100:1, 150:1, 151:1, 225:1, 300:1 and 450:1 ratios.
- 54935: SS trim for 5/3 air drive.
- 55516: Polyurethane (“W”) seal. For TV-series pumps, except high output models.
- 59353: Noise reduction kit fitted. Not available on AFD, DFD, ASFD, or DSFD.
- 82460: HNBR seals in air drive section.
